What you will do

• Lead process improvement, problem resolution, and project management for manufacturing processes.
• Optimize manufacturing methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate the launch of new and revised products, including sourcing tools and defining processes.
• Analyze data to drive fact-based decisions for continuous improvement.
• Supervise tool room and facilities maintenance personnel.
• Serve as the leader of the on-site safety team and primary interface with corporate safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles required.
• Must be based in or work onsite in Anniston, AL.
• Ability to travel: 25% domestic and 5% international.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks design systems.
• Prior leadership experience.
