Salary: 90 000 - 120 000 PLN gross per year

What you will do

• Process onboarding requests for new channel partners and manage partner records in Salesforce and internal trackers.
• Prepare standard partner agreements and coordinate the signature process with the Legal department.
• Handle deal registrations, teaming agreements, and influence fee requests according to documented procedures.
• Administer Marketing Development Funds (MDF) by tracking requests, approvals, and payment statuses.
• Issue and track Not For Resale (NFR) licenses to support partner enablement and training.
• Maintain high data quality across Salesforce, performing regular audits to ensure reporting reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, or channel operations.
• High attention to detail and experience following multi-step approval processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in applying generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows.
