What you will do

  • Build predictive forecasting models and automate recurring reports using AI-driven analytics and machine learning.
  • Optimize Salesforce CRM workflows to improve data integrity and implement AI-powered pipeline scoring.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Lead funnel reviews and win/loss analyses to identify competitive trends, pricing effectiveness, and sales behavior patterns.
  • Analyze seller productivity and quota attainment to optimize territory design and resource allocation.
  • Deliver executive storytelling that combines AI insights and funnel diagnostics to drive strategic growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Degree in Business (administration, economics, finance, or Marketing) preferred.
  • Experience working within large international organizations and matrix environments.
  • English fluency to business standard essential.
