Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Educate clients on claims management procedures and provide strategy updates via quarterly reports and ad-hoc requests.
  • Coordinate claims strategies with clients, adjusters, attorneys, and doctors to ensure best outcomes.
  • Analyze claims data and financials to identify patterns, trends, and recommend optimal strategies.
  • Deliver proactive, professional communication and exceptional customer service to meet high client expectations.
  • Use negotiation and problem-solving to redirect claims processes in clients' best interests.
  • Manage claims using Salesforce and generate reports with Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills for proactive and thoughtful client communication.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with adjusters, attorneys, doctors, and clients.
  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills to understand calculations, explain strategies, and analyze trends.
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Office apps.
