Insurance Claims Manager

What you will do

• Serve as a liaison between clients, insurance adjusters, attorneys, doctors, and other parties involved in workers’ compensation claims.
• Educate clients on claims management procedures and provide strategy and status updates.
• Coordinate claims strategy and tactfully redirect claim processes toward the client’s best interests.
• Analyze claims data and claim histories to identify patterns, trends, and effective strategies.
• Explain claims strategies and underlying calculations to clients and prepare reports.
• Manage claims information and reporting using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Adobe, PDFs, and related tools.

Requirements

• Customer service skills and a proactive, thoughtful approach to client communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and explain calculations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, PDFs, and other office applications.
• Entry-level candidates are considered; training is provided.
