Property & Casualty Compliance Specialist (Hybrid/Remote)

Location: Short Hills, New Jersey, with an interim work location in Branchville, New Jersey; hybrid or remote work arrangement.

Salary: USD 101,000–131,000 per year, depending on geographic location, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.

What you will do

• Monitor regulatory requirements and recommend and implement changes with business units.
• Collaborate with regulators, trade associations, industry peers, external clients, and internal partners to identify potential liabilities.
• Research, analyze, and summarize insurance statutes and regulations for product development and business research requests.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and non-financial regulatory audits, including market conduct examinations.
• Support business plans based on regional needs, emerging issues, company growth, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend trade association meetings and regulatory training opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of insurance regulatory compliance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current knowledge of the legislative and regulatory environment.
• Strong insurance knowledge or relevant coursework preferred.
• College degree preferred.
