Software Engineer Team Lead (.NET)

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable full stack applications using .NET, C#, and Blazor.
• Define frontend and backend architecture and make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and complexity.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and establish automated build, test, and release workflows.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates.
• Implement feature flagging and progressive delivery with LaunchDarkly or comparable platforms.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with product stakeholders, and contribute to incident response and production support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior architecture role.
• Strong .NET and C# experience, including ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and server-side application development.
• Hands-on experience with Blazor Server or WebAssembly and relational databases such as SQL Server or Azure SQL.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Entra ID, and Key Vault.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code, feature management, progressive delivery, and automated testing.
• Experience with data access patterns such as Entity Framework Core and Dapper.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service, or Azure Container Apps.
• Familiarity with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, microservices, Agile or Scrum, and developer experience improvements.
• Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
