Associate Manager, Loan Operations - Cash

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; hybrid

Salary: USD 70,000–135,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Manage asset-servicing activities, including security master maintenance, credit agreement review, investment monitoring and booking, wire processing, and real estate investment partner due diligence.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations, investigate discrepancies through root-cause analysis, and coordinate break resolution.
• Interact daily with custodian banks, trustees, prime brokers, asset management, accounting, valuation, and other Credit Funds teams.
• Track investor capital, service fund subscription lines, and pay and allocate investment-related expenses.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and approved generative AI platforms to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.
• Support wire transfers, trade settlements, audit confirmations, business projects, and other Credit Fund operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience at a financial services firm, such as a commercial or investment bank or asset manager.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Wall Street Office and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with real estate investments and cash or position reconciliations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
