Senior Operations Analyst (Mutual Funds)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States. The role is based in Cleveland and may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $37,500–$62,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Process, review, and reconcile mutual fund trades and resolve exceptions accurately and on time.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Execute routine and complex transactions under established procedures, service levels, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal service partners and, when needed, external customers to complete transactions.
• Maintain transaction materials and documentation using Microsoft OneNote and other Microsoft tools.
• Support risk mitigation, process improvement initiatives, training, and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and OneNote.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and process-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT support are not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMG systems, platforms, or processes.
• Experience supporting mutual fund trade operations.
• Prior senior- or lead-level operations experience.
