What you will do

• Review and prioritize work orders and maintenance activities to ensure production demand is met.
• Lead the scheduling of maintenance work for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Monitor equipment health and track maintenance KPIs to drive reliability and breakdown elimination.
• Collaborate with line leaders and process engineers to optimize startup, shutdown, and major maintenance interventions.
• Create and update technical documentation and provide training to line teams on maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and Integrated Work Systems (IWS) pillars.

Requirements

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Fundamental knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, and graveyard shifts as needed.
