Salary: $20–$23 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers during the eligibility and employment paperwork process.
• Maintain a 3-hour response time for emails, chatter, and voicemails to ensure effective case management.
• Enroll a minimum of 40% of caregivers monthly based on state standards.
• Navigate multiple internal systems to complete enrollment workflows.
• Maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce while adhering to HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with the intake team to facilitate orientation and start-of-care documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Denver, CO.
• 1+ years of experience in a comparable role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient/caregiver homes as required.
• Proficiency in computer systems and strong typing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
