Salary: $41.35 - $45.49 per hour

What you will do

• Own the full technical and operational setup for international hires, ensuring 100% Day 1 compliance.
• Recommend supplemental services such as IT provisioning and background checks based on customer needs.
• Lead initiatives to improve the customer and employee onboarding journey and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Product teams to resolve experience gaps.
• Act as a global EOR expert, guiding admins through country-specific nuances and market expansions.
• Develop and document operational playbooks and best practices for new country onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in onboarding or implementation.
• 1–2 years of specific experience in the EOR industry or international hiring.
• Must be based in the New York City office.
• Strong consultative communication and technical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Notion.
• Multilingual fluency.
