What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of technical training and certification labs, from design and build to maintenance and retirement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate requirements into effective hands-on learning experiences.
• Design and develop new labs and challenges that reinforce key learning objectives.
• Ensure lab quality across instructions, virtual machines, regional configurations, and environment specifications.
• Manage end-to-end provisioning and deprovisioning processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Implement security controls and automation to improve reliability and reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of experience building, owning, and maintaining lab environments.
• 2–3+ years in a technical support or systems administration role.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Entra ID, and/or Okta.
• Understanding of Cybersecurity and Identity Security principles, including IAM and PAM.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agent deployment and optimization.
• Working familiarity with UNIX and Federated Identity configuration.
• Proficiency in scripting and API integrations.
