Professional Services Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within Romania; listed locations are Bucharest and Cluj

What you will do

• Lead implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of hirify.global’s solution in client environments.
• Analyze client requirements and create customized datasets and data loss prevention policies.
• Investigate complex technical issues through log analysis, debugging, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, Operations, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver technical training, provide strategic guidance, and help clients maximize product adoption and return on investment.
• Run progress updates, status meetings, post-implementation reviews, and client escalation management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services within cybersecurity and data loss prevention.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security products and SaaS-based security or endpoint agent technologies.
• Experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra, Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
• Knowledge of data classification, DLP policy design, web technologies, APIs, data integration, system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Practical knowledge of macOS, including MDM, application management, and terminal skills, plus Windows technologies such as SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, and PowerShell.
• Strong project management, software debugging, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, relevant advanced certifications, or equivalent experience.
