Regional Security Manager, China (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Oversee daily guard force and reception vendor operations, training compliance, documentation, and alignment with global security policies.
• Coordinate with the Global Security Operations Center on monitoring, incident response, and escalation management.
• Manage vendor performance reviews, corrective actions, and contractual compliance.
• Design and implement field security programs, SOPs, training rollouts, KPIs, and operational improvements.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, procurement tracking, and invoice review.
• Partner with IT, Legal, HR, Facilities, and global security teams on standardization and localization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or intelligence.
• Experience in security operations and vendor management.
• Incident management, crisis leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required.
• Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
