What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing security team, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
• Provide strategic physical security guidance to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
• Develop crisis management strategies and maintain high levels of emergency preparedness.
• Serve as the primary contact for physical security matters, including crisis response and officer deployment.
• Oversee security planning and staffing for corporate events and public engagements.
• Lead and manage security and safety investigations to ensure timely and thorough resolution.

Requirements

• College Degree (BA) in Security, Finance, or Organizational Leadership.
• 6+ years’ experience in investigations, corporate security management, or brand protection.
• Experience in leading teams and conducting interviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred certifications: CFE, PSP, and/or CPP.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) preferred.
