Manager Security Operations (Physical Security)

Salary: USD $114,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing security team for the El Segundo corporate campus.
• Provide strategic physical security guidance and maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Lead crisis management, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and incident response programs.
• Develop and implement security standard operating procedures, including support for GSOC operations.
• Plan security staffing for corporate events and public engagements.
• Lead security and safety investigations, manage investigative resources, and communicate case developments to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in investigations, corporate security management, brand protection, major-corporation security, or law enforcement.
• Experience interviewing and leading teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the El Segundo corporate campus.

Nice to have

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Physical Security Professional (PSP), and/or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
• Fluent written and verbal Spanish.
