Salary: $150,000–$320,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise Industrial Security Program as the designated Corporate Facility Security Officer across multiple facilities and classified programs.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and compliance programs aligned with NISPOM, DCSA requirements, DD Form 254 obligations, and federal regulations.
• Oversee personnel security, clearance management, onboarding and offboarding, visit certifications, security briefings, foreign travel reporting, and DISS administration.
• Direct classified information protection and physical security, including facility accreditation, access control, visitor management, alarms, classified storage, construction security, and guard operations.
• Lead inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous program improvement.
• Advise executives and collaborate with DCSA, government customers, contractors, Cybersecurity, Legal, Human Resources, Contracts, Facilities, and Program Management.

Requirements

• Current U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility.
• Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance and complete FSO certification within six months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field.
• At least five years of DoD and security management experience supporting classified contracts and government programs.
• At least five years serving as an FSO, Corporate FSO, Senior FSO, or equivalent security leader.
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA requirements, industrial security principles, security databases, and Microsoft Office.
