What you will do

• Lead global executive protection and protective intelligence efforts to support senior leadership.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for residences, workplaces, events, and travel.
• Plan and coordinate secure domestic and international travel, particularly in elevated-risk environments.
• Develop and maintain global executive protection policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Manage third-party security vendors and oversee the selection and operation of armed security (CCW) providers.
• Recruit, train, and mentor executive protection personnel and security analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, military, or law enforcement.
• At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in first aid, defensive driving, and evasive driving.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and on short notice.
• Adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on need.

Nice to have

• CCW certification.
• Specialized certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Executive Protection Specialist (EPS).
