What you will do

• Lead global executive protection, protective intelligence, threat management, and executive workplace security operations.
• Conduct risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments for executives, residences, workplaces, events, and domestic and international travel.
• Develop travel security plans, crisis response protocols, incident escalation procedures, and tailored protective measures.
• Manage executive protection vendors, armed security providers, budgets, contracts, performance metrics, and operational resources.
• Develop and deliver training covering threat recognition, situational awareness, emergency response, defensive practices, and security standards.
• Provide briefings, reports, intelligence summaries, and trusted advice to senior leadership while coordinating with internal teams, law enforcement, and external security partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, military, or law enforcement, including 3 or more years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, observational, crisis management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with open-source intelligence analysis and security, communication, and collaboration technologies.
• Proficiency in first aid, defensive driving, and evasive driving; ability to operate effectively under high-stress conditions.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Nice to have

• CCW certification.
• CPP, EPS, or a similar international security or protection certification.
• Global experience, multilingual capability, and strong geographic knowledge.
