Account Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Set account strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement plans to penetrate assigned accounts.
• Identify new opportunities, define product areas, and design winning approaches.
• Track projects and manage sales forecasts.
• Strengthen customer and partner relationships through negotiation and long-term cooperation.
• Foster communication and teamwork across global internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering background is preferred.
• More than 8 years of experience in semiconductors and power supply-related fields.
• Proven success identifying opportunities, defining product areas, and consistently achieving quotas.
• Strong customer and partner relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of power management technology and product- and system-level market dynamics.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English are required.
