What you will do

• Drive sales growth and profitable order volume for assigned education and government accounts in Taiwan.
• Manage territorial business coverage and generate demand through daily customer engagement.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop tactical action plans and comprehensive sales strategies to drive business expansion.
• Focus on expanding the customer base in non-electrical engineering areas, including chemistry, physics, and machinery automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 1+ years of experience in selling T&M products and applications.
• Experience with Oscilloscopes, Quantum computing, Data communications, or Material & RF applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to be self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance metrics.
