What you will do

• Sell and upsell hirify.global advertising solutions to new and existing clients in the Taiwan market.
• Identify target organizations, develop proposals, educate prospects, and secure buy-in for advertising programs.
• Build knowledge of clients’ businesses, products, customers, marketing objectives, competitors, and sales needs.
• Manage the individual sales pipeline, maximize revenue, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Develop strategic relationships with advertisers, media agencies, CMOs, and heads of marketing.
• Provide professional support for general and customized client requests while acting as a digital marketing influencer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital media sales.
• Good understanding of the digital and mobile marketing industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication and selling skills in both Chinese and English.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven record of sales success.
• Ability to understand customer needs, translate complex technology into meaningful business solutions, manage multiple priorities, and maintain relationships with local advertisers and media agencies.

• Ability to create well-designed, professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in digital marketing.
