What you will do

  • Develop and execute a proactive business development plan to identify, qualify, and convert target cross-border eCommerce accounts.
  • Build a consistent pipeline using a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced outreach through industry events, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders to analyze fulfillment and returns workflows.
  • Design solution proposals for multi-site warehousing and inventory allocation with clear ROI narratives.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope system integrations and operational constraints.
  • Own the full sales process from initial contact and commercial negotiation to contract closure and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within international logistics, cross-border eCommerce, or supply chain tech.
  • Strong consultative selling capability with experience engaging enterprise decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of cross-border seller operations, including multi-SKU complexity and reverse logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline independently through outbound strategies and prospecting.
  • Strong commercial communication skills for structuring proposals and handling professional objections.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into implementable requirements for product and technical teams.
