What you will do

• Prepare formulations and execute laboratory experiments following defined protocols.
• Generate, record, and analyze accurate experimental data in laboratory systems.
• Support troubleshooting and investigation work during innovation projects.
• Perform routine and non-routine testing to evaluate product performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
• Manage laboratory materials, consumables, and equipment.

Requirements

• Education: MBO Level 4, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or Chemical Technology.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Strong interest in hands-on laboratory work and technical skill development.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high data quality.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a structured, organized manner.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with scientists and engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience in a development, R&D, or quality laboratory.
• Basic knowledge of formulation chemistry.
• Experience working with cleaning, hygiene, or chemical products.
