What you will do

• Manage sales performance, account profitability, and cash-flow improvement programs.
• Establish and execute growth plans for organic expansion and new account acquisition.
• Lead key customer negotiations and develop senior site-level relationships.
• Directly manage Territory Managers, focusing on talent development and performance monitoring.
• Analyze territory design and sales role assignments based on market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Strategic Account Managers to ensure consistent account support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering or food science.
• Minimum 7 years in B2B sales, concept selling, and field sales operations.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Proven consultative sales and negotiation skills with the ability to coach others.
• Financial acumen with experience managing pricing and margins.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
