What you will do

• Manage and monitor the daily activities of 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Drive regional sales targets through effective team leadership and strategy.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchant PICs through daily field visits.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to analyze sales data, competitor activity, and field issues.
• Ensure the correct placement of POP promotional materials within stores.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment sessions for promoters.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related sales field.
• Minimum education: Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and geographic areas.
• Good communication and marketing skills, including experience with social media.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Must be based in Palopo.
• Ability to work shifting schedules.
