What you will do

• Mentor and advise a team of 8 Intake Specialists to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage team performance through active motivation, consistent communication, and effective feedback.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure compliance with standard policies and performance goals.
• Act as the primary point-of-contact for team inquiries and resolve escalated or complex issues.
• Identify and implement system or workflow improvements.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and continuous training for team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing or supervising a group of employees.
• Strong background in leading, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Experience with performance management and metric tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must be based in Denver, CO to work out of the local office.
