What you will do

• Provide personalized support to patients and healthcare providers via phone and online portals.
• Investigate insurance benefits, coverage details, and out-of-pocket costs.
• Collaborate on prior authorization and medical necessity processes.
• Identify and assist with alternate reimbursement resources and assistance programs.
• Manage order entries, shipment tracking, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Resolve payment denials and facilitate appeals in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 4 years of experience or Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Customer service or call center experience.
• Experience with patient assistance, reimbursement, or pharmacy benefit management.
• Medical billing and coding experience.
