What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and technical-commercial conversations to uncover customer needs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the proposed solution throughout the bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
• Translate customer requirements into a coherent solution architecture, delivery model, transformation roadmap, and value proposition.
• Shape solutions across Java, .NET, cloud-native development, application modernisation, and AI-enabled software engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery to develop competitive pricing and commercially viable proposals.
• Present and defend proposed solutions to CIOs, CTOs, and other business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, or application engineering.
• Significant experience in presales, solution sales, bid management, or developing complex technology proposals.
• Strong knowledge of Java/.NET, cloud-native distributed architectures, APIs, and DevSecOps.
• Fluent English and a professional command of Dutch and/or French.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
