What you will do

• Own technical solution requirements for enterprise-wide data-driven information systems.
• Design and implement secure AI architectures, including model orchestration, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical design with business growth and mission needs.
• Lead hands-on development, refactoring, and troubleshooting of complex data pipelines and cloud architectures.
• Mentor and coach team members while spearheading continuous innovation in AI adoption.
• Ensure compliance and security for systems handling PII/PHI data.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of the United States and able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 10+ years of experience leading system architecture for complex Data Pipeline and Analytics systems on the cloud.
• 6+ years of hands-on data-centric software development experience (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Redshift).
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML technologies and generative AI within enterprise-scale architectures.
• Strong background in Agile/SAFe environments and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Industry experience with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance.
• Certifications in AWS, Databricks, or AI/ML architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector database tooling.
