What you will do

• Govern and manage the NIT technology roadmap for front-end and back-end technologies (.NET, Java, Angular, Camunda) with cross-squad architectural alignment.
• Define architectural best practices and integration guidelines, including secure, maintainable, and robust solution standards.
• Support squads hands-on by joining sprints to tackle refactoring, rework, and complex technical challenges.
• Drive consistency in tooling and engineering processes (CI/CD, GitHub workflows, Dynatrace, OpenShift/Azure, change & release management, incident/problem management, test automation integration).
• Act as a bridge between squads and Centres of Excellence (DevOps, Cloud, Security, Observability).
• Lead technology watch and innovation by evaluating emerging tools/frameworks, running PoCs, and exploring agentic AI, cloud-native evolution, and next-gen security standards.

Requirements

• Senior autonomy as a System Architect with deep expertise in at least one domain: Security, Cloud, AI, or Software Engineering.
• Strong background in Java and/or .NET, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, GitHub workflows, cloud platforms, monitoring, and observability.
• Ability to influence, guide, and collaborate with multiple squads and align architecture across teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Proactive, innovative, forward-looking mindset with willingness to grow into new domains on the job.
