What you will do

• Configure and maintain HR systems (HiBob) and tools across the entire People department.
• Develop integrations and automated workflows to remove manual overhead.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Create operational reports and maintain clear system documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of people data.
• Support testing for new features and process improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining HiBob and Jira (essential).
• Proven ability to build integrations and automations between systems.
• Strong data and reporting skills, including advanced Excel.
• Experience in methodical troubleshooting and resolving system errors.
• Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy and integrity.
• Effective communication skills for writing documentation and explaining systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Deel.
