What you will do
- Own core people analytics including headcount planning, hiring funnel efficiency, and org health metrics.
- Build self-serve dashboards and reporting tools using BigQuery and visualization platforms like Looker or Tableau.
- Partner with the People team and business leaders on workforce planning aligned with growth and budget cycles.
- Translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for Group leads.
- Establish data governance and standard metric definitions across HRIS, ATS, and other people systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people/HR analytics or a related function, ideally in a fast-growing company.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in building dashboards with BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
- Proven track record of influencing business decisions regarding hiring, organization, or retention through data.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data for non-technical leaders.
- Must be based in the UK or the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS/ATS/Data Warehouse platforms such as Workday, HiBob, Ashby, or Snowflake.
- Background in I-O psychology, statistics, or data science.
