What you will do

• Own end-to-end payroll across the UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal, UAE, Cayman Islands, and Spain.
• Manage starters, leavers, and backpay accurately and on time.
• Review monthly payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with the external provider.
• Calculate pay across hours, tax, national insurance, benefits, and leave.
• Resolve employee payroll queries directly.
• Lead the year-end close across all global entities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll, preferably within financial services or multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UK and US payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• English: C1 level (fluent) required for working with a multicultural international team.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• International payroll experience beyond UK/US.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, HiBob, or Cloudpay.
