What you will do

• Conduct accurate coverage, liability, and damage investigations for complex environmental and casualty claims.
• Draft and communicate written coverage positions to insureds and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage litigation strategies, including budgeting, bill review, and counsel oversight.
• Set and manage reserves to ensure early and cost-effective claim resolution.
• Represent the company at management meetings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain a paperless workflow in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• BA/BS College Degree required (JD preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience in general liability or environmental clean-up claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong coverage analysis experience.
• Aptitude for evaluating complex technical, legal, and medical information.
• Must obtain or hold an applicable state adjuster license.

Nice to have

• Complex auto liability experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
