What you will do

• Lead capture teams to secure strategic Federal Government IT contracts.
• Analyze customer requirements, competitors, and internal capabilities to optimize strategic opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline and improve capture win rates through best practices.
• Create and present deal review presentations for corporate capture gate approvals.
• Negotiate winning teaming arrangements, including work share allocation and marketing agreements.
• Forecast opportunity targets and B&P budgets while tracking account activity to close deals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Capture specifically within technology consulting.
• Proven experience capturing at least two Federal Government IT contracts valued at $20 million or larger.
• Experience using price-to-win strategies to effectively bid new work.
• Undergraduate degree in business management or a related field.
• Based in or able to work from Rockville, MD.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to lead disparate groups.
