TL;DR
Capture Lead (Federal): Identifying, qualifying, and leading the pursuit of new federal business opportunities with an accent on full capture lifecycle management and high-probability win strategies. Location: Must be based in the USA. Remote work with occasional travel required.
Salary: $90,000β$125,000 per year.

What you will do
- Identify and qualify federal opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
- Lead the full capture lifecycle, including competitive assessments and win theme development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agencies and prime partners.
- Shape proposal strategy and participate in color team reviews to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts within CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry days, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in federal business development, capture, or proposal development.
- 4 years of experience writing, editing, and reviewing content for final deliverables.
- Experience working with or supporting U.S. Government customers.
- Ability to read, interpret, and respond to technical and government documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and federal procurement platforms like USASpending.gov or GSA eBuy.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or English.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with C2P or Deltek CRM tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools for solicitation analysis and content acceleration.
