What you will do

• Lead opportunity research, qualification, and pursuit of federal contracting opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive capture plans including technical, management, staffing, and pricing strategies.
• Create account plans and gather customer intelligence in collaboration with executive management.
• Lead cross-functional teams of SMEs, program leadership, and corporate functions to win new work.
• Shape RFPs prior to release through strategic customer engagement and relationship management.
• Perform competitive intelligence and gap analysis to drive BD process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in BD or capture roles for federal healthcare tech solutions.
• Proven track record of leading captures valued at $50M+.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required (no sponsorship available).
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Ability to meet the requirements for Public Trust clearance.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and experience working with proposal teams.

Nice to have

• Recent experience working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Ability to derive strategic solutions and win themes from vaguely defined requirements.
• Experience driving organic growth and negotiating strategically to drive results.
