Salary: $200,000–$220,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the federal facilities O&M portfolio, including Base Operations Support and institutional maintenance programs.
- Build, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities generally valued at $250M or more.
- Develop senior customer, acquisition, industry, and partner relationships to identify requirements and shape future opportunities.
- Lead multiple capture efforts from qualification through award, including win strategy, solution development, teaming, staffing, pricing, and proposal readiness.
- Brief executive leadership on opportunity qualification, pursuit, capture, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
- Manage capture schedules, resources, and business-development and proposal budgets.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive federal business development and capture experience, including significant Department of Defense experience.
- At least three relevant wins of $100M or more in a lead business development or capture role within the past three years.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, facilities management, construction management, architecture, operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of federal facilities and base operations, performance-based facilities management, federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and major agency-specific programs.
- Established and active relationships with DoD facilities, installation management, civil engineering, public works, base operations, and federal civilian facilities organizations.
- Active SECRET or higher-level security clearance required.
