Senior Construction Risk & Change Manager (Data Centre Construction)

Location: On-site in Charleroi, Belgium. Must have the legal right to work in Belgium.

What you will do

• Manage and track Early Warning Notifications (EWNs), Risk, and Change Management processes.
• Host and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to review risks and changes.
• Develop realistic risk impact assessments to ensure accurate costing and scheduling.
• Manage and report on the total Project Contingency budget versus actual spend.
• Maintain comprehensive client databases and prepare status reports for monthly project reviews.
• Escalate submissions that breach agreed thresholds and ensure proper change order sign-off.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline with a focus on Risk & Change Management.
• Proven experience in large-scale complex construction projects.
• Fluent English proficiency (both oral and written).
• Must currently live in or be moving to Belgium with the legal right to work.
• Strong analytical and strategic leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
