Senior Project Execution Engineer (Pharmaceutical Engineering)

Base pay: €72,500–€115,230 annually

What you will do

• Serve as the engineering subject-matter expert for API process equipment across design, procurement, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Lead projects from initiation through completion and align sponsors, core teams, and extended stakeholders.
• Prepare project scopes, business cases, alternative assessments, and approval presentations.
• Plan, track, and report project deliverables and objectives.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, risks, closeout activities, operational handover, and lessons learned.
• Provide technical insights and value based on awareness of the external engineering environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, preferably in science, technology, or engineering.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines for the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.
• Experience with process equipment engineering and project management is strongly preferred; strong eagerness to learn may compensate for limited experience.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members and partners while adapting to changing priorities and challenging timelines.
