Program Manager, SCM Domain Cross Program Support (Federal)

What you will do

• Lead SCM Domain wide activities to ensure consistent delivery practices and customer engagement across all programs.
• Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and resource sharing across multiple SCM programs and contracts.
• Act as a senior point of contact for VA SCM stakeholders across VHA, OI&T, and P&LO.
• Provide direct program management oversight for smaller, emerging, or adjacent SCM contracts.
• Support growth and capture teams in identifying and pursuing new SCM opportunities within federal health.
• Maintain the SCM operational asset library and mentor staff in the SCM space.

Requirements

• 8+ years of federal program and project management experience.
• Direct experience supporting VA or other federal health supply chain programs.
• Proven track record of managing national-scale programs with broad stakeholder reach.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with VA procurement actions and modernization programs (EHRM, FMBT, etc.).
• PMP, PgMP, FAC P/PM, or DAWIA certifications.
• Working knowledge of SAFe Agile delivery practices.
• APMP or Shipley capture and proposal certification.
