What you will do

• Lead major ERP integration and SCM platform implementation in a heavy brownfield environment, retiring and integrating legacy systems.
• Own the integration strategy across fragmented supply chain systems, including VHA Logistics, Finance, and Acquisition.
• Coordinate SAFe-based Agile delivery, managing RTEs, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters across multiple product teams.
• Supervise a geographically dispersed SCM execution team of 50+ personnel, establishing performance expectations and career paths.
• Manage federal contract execution and financial performance (burn rate, EAC, ETC) for programs with $25M+ annual value.
• Support capture and growth efforts by contributing to win themes and technical narratives for SCM-adjacent pursuits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of federal IT program and project management experience.
• Proven track record of leading major ERP integrations in brownfield application environments.
• Experience leading and supervising large delivery teams of 50+ personnel across multiple workstreams.
• Expertise in federal contract and budget management, including EVM and CDRL compliance.
• Proficiency in SAFe Agile at scale, including ART coordination and PI Planning.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with VA programs (VistA, IFCAP, GIP, EHRM, FMBT, VALIP).
• Federal acquisition credentials such as DAWIA, FAC P/PM, PMP, or PgMP.
• Experience with RMF, ATO, and POA&M lifecycle management.
• Existing professional relationships within VA OI&T or VHA Supply Chain leadership.
