What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for CVI and public safety programs powered by hirify.global’s technology.
• Coordinate implementation of Apricot-based technology, managing case management, data collection, and reporting workstreams.
• Act as a strategic liaison and primary point of contact for CVI partners and national leaders.
• Manage program operating rhythms, including executive updates, risk reviews, and escalation pathways.
• Monitor and drive success across multiple program KPIs using data-informed insights.
• Oversee program scope, budget, revenue, and resource allocation in collaboration with Finance and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management of complex, cross-functional programs.
• Professional background in public health, social services, public sector, or criminal justice reform.
• Must be based in the United States with valid work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior government officials and law enforcement leadership.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to track milestones and manage technology delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable program insights.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience with SaaS implementations or human services data platforms like ETO, Apricot, or Penelope.
• Experience working within CVI ecosystems or community-based violence interruption programs.
• Experience supporting executive reporting and cross-functional governance routines.
