Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 a year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training for staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Create professional graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other educational vehicles.
• Manage multiple concurrent training workstreams to ensure quality and on-time delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with transformation readiness teams to finalize training plans and coordinate schedules.
• Develop system training using materials provided by system integrators.
• Submit and track all communication and training materials through the formal approval process.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing training and communications teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing training for clients.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
