Program Manager/Training Lead

Location: Dallas, TX or Austin, TX; workplace listed as on-site. Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Review training plans and coordinate with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training for VCF staff and other audiences.
• Create myVCF system training, manuals, tutorials, e-learning modules, how-to guides, presentations, and handouts.
• Develop communications and educational materials for the public, law firms, and VCF staff.
• Coordinate training schedules, rollout support, approval workflows, and material updates.
• Lead and guide the training team while communicating progress to VCF leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing training for clients.
• At least 7 years of experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver quality materials on schedule.
• United States citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance required.
