What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer programs and projects, ensuring alignment with hirify.global methodology and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate change management across cost, scope, schedule, and quality aspects.
• Serve as the primary interface for customer relationships, handling complaints and changing requirements.
• Monitor project financials, profitability forecasts, and KPIs to ensure contract objectives are met.
• Lead project teams and conduct thorough risk management to identify new opportunities for contract expansion.
• Facilitate handovers between sales, delivery, and care phases to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5-8 years of extensive relevant experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience with change management processes and tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and budget management in complex project environments.
