General Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote)

Compensation: $300,000 – $340,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own the commercial performance and P&L of the Workforce portfolio, including ARR growth and retention targets.
• Develop and execute a multi-quarter growth plan covering target segments, pricing, and major product bets.
• Translate CISO and customer demand into prioritized product roadmaps and investment recommendations.
• Lead and develop a team of product and marketing leaders while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own the market narrative and competitive positioning for identity and privileged access solutions.
• Support strategic customer conversations, advisory boards, and major enterprise deal opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product, GM, or commercial leadership roles within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience as a VP, GM, or equivalent with P&L or business outcome accountability.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security buyers, including CISOs and identity leaders.
• Proven expertise in PAM, IAM, zero trust, or adjacent cybersecurity domains.
• Strong commercial orientation with a track record of driving ARR growth and pipeline management.
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders in a complex matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with IGA, SSO, MFA, or machine identity use cases.
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication protocols like SAML, OIDC, and LDAP.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, SOX, or NIST.
• Experience with portfolio simplification and SKU rationalization.
