What you will do

• Build and maintain solution-level messaging frameworks focused on buyer use cases and outcomes.
• Develop narratives for key areas including Visibility, Posture, Control, Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP), and Compliance.
• Create industry-specific assets, solution briefs, and sales decks in collaboration with Growth and Content teams.
• Manage and coach a team of Solutions Marketing professionals to instill a buyer-first mindset.
• Coordinate between Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in solutions or product marketing.
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into messaging for CISO, IAM, and DevOps audiences.
• Strong writing and editing skills with sound judgment on content effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity security, PAM, or adjacent enterprise security markets.
