What you will do

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims submissions, denial management, and collections.
• Develop and implement scalable revenue cycle infrastructure to support continued organizational growth and multi-state expansion.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics such as days in AR, denial rates, and clean claim rates to improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to evaluate and optimize billing platforms and automation opportunities.
• Provide senior leadership with insights into revenue performance, reimbursement trends, and operational risks.
• Manage and develop the revenue cycle team, establishing clear performance metrics and accountability structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle leadership.
• Strong expertise in Medicaid and government payer billing.
• Proven experience managing billing and AR operations in multi-state healthcare environments.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement structures and payer regulations.
• Strong technical aptitude with revenue cycle systems, reporting tools, and process automation.
