What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including claim follow-ups, rejections, and denials.
• Reconcile customer accounts and payment applications across NetSuite and Candid billing systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external partners to resolve financial disputes and account discrepancies.
• Analyze payer reimbursement trends to identify systemic errors and underpayments.
• Lead technical setup and onboarding calls with new health plans and partners to align on billing workflows.
• Refine internal billing guidelines and create new processes to drive continuous improvement in revenue cycle performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and government payer policies, CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding, and EOB reconciliation.
• Proficiency in B2B and patient billing/collections.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven ability to manage high-velocity workloads independently in ambiguous environments.

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and LightDash for complex cross-system ledger reconciliations.
