Senior Strategic Finance Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - United States; must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii

Salary: $166,000–$192,850 annual base salary, with equity; no bonus for this role

What you will do

• Guide growth strategy through unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Partner with Product and Clinical Operations to shape patient retention strategy.
• Evaluate strategic trade-offs and test business assumptions using quantitative analysis.
• Build, own, and maintain scenario-based top-line forecasts.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners.
• Drive operational accountability across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles.
• Track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience building granular financial models.
• Experience using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools to analyze complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and collaborate across functions.
