Salary: $178,160 – $199,120

What you will do

• Partner with Health Plans and Partnerships teams to shape growth and go-to-market strategies.
• Evaluate strategic trade-offs using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Build, own, and maintain scenario-based top-line forecasts.
• Translate complex financial datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners.
• Drive operational accountability across teams by testing strategic assumptions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, or FP&A.
• Proven track record of informing growth strategies through quantitative financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of unit economics metrics including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL or BI platforms.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare services or marketplace businesses.
• Background in a high-growth or scaling company.
• Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams.
