What you will do

• Own the end-to-end collections process and maintain high-accuracy cash flow forecasts.
• Build and enforce a high-discipline collections engine to standardize recovery cadences and eliminate revenue leakage.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflows to reduce denials and shorten the AR lifecycle.
• Negotiate directly with health plan partners to resolve complex billing disputes and payment issues.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for customer billing processes and communications.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Growth teams to ensure billing strategies align with company expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of expertise in revenue cycle management with 2-3 years of management experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep expertise with CMS regulations and commercial payer behaviors.
• Proven experience negotiating with health plan partners to resolve payment issues.
• Proficiency with various EMR and RCM software systems.
• Strong ability to design and execute strategies in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
